Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as beauty, personal care, and health products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
